MIXING

- Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 depending upon the required consistency (30g BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ and 45 mL to 75 mL of BLONDME Premium Developer)

On-Scalp Application:
- BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7Vol.) or 6% (20Vol.) 

Off-Scalp Application:
- BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30Vol.)

APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT
- Apply to dry hair
- Processing Time: 20-45 minutes
- Additional heat is not recommended
